TIME AND MEDITATION (THE LEAVES AND THE BIRDS), (2008) by Ross Bleckner. I am not sure I like Bleckner’s latest paintings. Don’t get me wrong! I enjoy his work as a fanatical groupie could. It’s just that these flower paintings lack the mysticism of his aviaries or stars. Still, his approach to a wasted subject matter is masterful!!
